Red Hot Cheesy Rice

Delicious rice side dish that goes perfectly with mexican food.  I made it with my cheesy shrimp nacho bites and it was a great match.  Don't let the name fool you...it actually isn't that spicy at all.

  2. Ohhhh yum. I make "spanish rice" for one of my favorite mexican recipes, but I don't just have a recipe for cheesy, spicy rice-- YUM! I love how this is a simple, clean recipe for something that I used to just buy in a prepackaged packet from the grocery store. Thanks for sharing :-)
