DIY Crunchwraps


Recipe adapted from Eat Yourself Skinny

Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas (can use low carb tortillas for -2 points)
1/2 cup ground beef, browned 
1/4 package taco seasoning
4 T queso
6 tostito baked scoops
1 T low fat sour cream
1 T chopped tomatoes (if wanted)
1 T chopped onions (if wanted)
1 T shredded lettuce (if wanted)

Directions:
Brown the meat and mix with taco seasoning.  Spread two tablespoons of queso evenly across middle of tortilla.  Microwave tortilla and queso for 15 seconds to soften.  Add 1/4 cup of taco meat.  Break up three tortilla scoops and cover the meat.  Add sour cream and any other taco toppings wanted.  Fold up corners of tortilla to make star shape.  Cook until golden brown using panini press/griddle with lid.
